What does the founding member price include?
Every Pro feature for $30/mo for your first location and $20/mo for each additional one. After the founding offer closes, plans will be Base at $49/mo and Pro at $79/mo. Founding members keep Pro at $30 for as long as they stay subscribed.
Is there a free trial?
No trial. Instead you get a 30-day money-back guarantee, and we're happy to cost three of your own drinks with you on a free 20-minute call before you decide.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
Email us within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. No questions, no forms.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Founding members can pay $300/yr for the first location (+$200/yr per extra location) instead of monthly, which is two months free. The annual price is locked too.
What counts as a location?
Each storefront you operate is a location. All your locations share one workspace with the same vendors, recipes, and team, so you set things up once. Your first location is $30/mo and each additional one is $20/mo: two shops are $50/mo, three are $70/mo. You can add or remove locations anytime from Manage billing.
How long is the founding offer open?
Until the first 100 shops have joined. Once those spots are gone, new shops pay the standard price.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, from Settings → Manage billing. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Can my baristas see recipes without seeing costs?
Yes. When managers maintain recipes for pricing, RecipeMate creates a staff-facing recipe book with build steps, instructions, and prep scaling — but no cost or margin data. Staff also get shift checklists.
Is my data private?
Completely. Every workspace is fully isolated from every other at the database level, and staff accounts never see cost or margin data.
